Orders

All orders must be placed by 5pm to receive next day delivery in your area. We don’t allow deliveries or click and collect orders to be placed more than 5 days in advance.

We aim to please! If you have any questions or there is an issue with your order we want to be the first to know. Please contact our Online Store Team via phone during store hours on 07) 5578 5122. We will use our best endeavours to contact you as soon as possible.

We accept all major credit cards. Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Home Delivery

We deliver from Burleigh Heads to the Broadwater suburbs on the Gold Coast, simply use the delivery checker to see if you live in a suburb that we deliver to. If not, you are most welcome to contact us and we will try and arrange another delivery method however please note that a fee will apply.

4214 – Ashmore, Arundel, Molendinar, Parkwood

4215 – Southport, Chirn park, Labrador

4217 – Benowa, Bundall, Chevron Island, Isle of Capri, Main Beach and Surfers Paradise

4218 – Mermaid Beach, Mermaid Waters, Nobby Beach, Broadbeach, Broadbeach Waters

4220 – Burleigh Heads, Burleigh Waters, Miami

4226 – Robina, Merrimac, Clear Island Waters and Carrara

4227 – Varsity Lakes and Reedy Creek

There are no deliveries on Monday, Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.

Delivery is a flat rate of $12.

Your order will be delivered by one of our staff members in the Bermuda Butchery refrigerated van. Our delivery fees includes an insulated box with dry ice to keep your food safe from the elements for a short period of time.

Once your order has been packed in store by our team, you will receive a personal text message to the mobile number you listed on your order confirming that your order is packed and is ready to hit the road with an estimated delivery time.

All deliveries will be scheduled between 10am and 3pm on your chosen day. Please note that this window may vary during peak seasons such as Christmas and events outside of our control such as traffic delays.

Please note that the delivery time is only a guide and may change throughout the day. We will do our best to keep you updated via SMS.

Our meat is carefully packaged in insulated boxes, using dry ice to keep it fresh and cool during transit. We recommend that you do not leave our package unattended for longer than three hours once you receive notification from us that your order has been delivered.

Bermuda Butchery New truck

We will not enter a property that is closed off by a gate unless you leave specific instructions in your order notes. If there is a dog at home and we do not feel comfortable entering then we will leave your items in the safest possible spot. We recommend that you nominate a preferred location for us to leave your items in the event that you are not home, out of the reach of pets and preferably in the shade.

Ideally, we would like to greet you with your delivery. However, we understand that things happen, perhaps you’ve quickly had to pop out for a little while. If you are not home when we arrive we will send you a text message once your order has been delivered, including a photo of your item/s.

If you are unlikely to be home on your chosen delivery day, we strongly recommend the use of a work address (provided the work address is located in one of the suburbs we deliver to in our list of suburbs) so that your items will not reach an unsafe temperature.

Whilst your items will be delivered in an insulated box with ice packs or dry ice, these will only hold a safe temperature for a limited time. We strongly recommend you do not order deliveries on days where you will not be available at your nominated address for a long period of time i.e. away for longer than three hours.

If you are not home, your order will be left at your front door, gate, area nominated in the delivery instructions at the time of placing your order or an area nominated by our delivery driver with the best of intentions. In the event that our delivery driver deems it is not wise to leave your delivery at your nominated address, we will contact you via mobile number and arrange another alternative.

Click and Collect

Once you have added your items to the cart and proceeded to the Checkout page, you can select “Click and Collect” and choose the day you would like to pick up your order and which store you would like to collect your order from. Orders will need to be placed by 5pm for next day  collection. As a general rule, most orders will have a four-hour lead time. This allows our team enough time to prepare your order and ensure everything is packed as it should be.
Please note this window may vary during peak periods.

Once your order is good to go, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you that your order is ready to be picked up. Please note that our team will not be responsible for items expiring after four days of holding. Orders can only be collected during the trading hours of our store at the Q Super Centre or Burleigh Waters, depending on the pickup location that you have selected. Please note these trading hours may vary from time to time.

Click and collect is not available on weekends Public Holidays.

We strongly recommend that if things have changed and you cannot collect your order, you contact us and let us know so alternative arrangements can be made.

Click and Collect” orders will be available for pick up from both stores.

Click and Collect orders must be placed by 5pm for next day collection (Tuesday to Friday). Orders have a four hour lead time, you will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.
